Archived: GloriousFlywheel Default-Branch Stability Recovery

This document is kept only as an archived execution record for the bounded Phase 1 recovery that brought main back to green.

It is not the current implementation plan.

Superseded on 2026-04-23 by:

What remains useful from the older plan:

• it records that default-branch stability recovery happened first
• it points to the durable recovery note in docs/research/gloriousflywheel-default-branch-stability-recovery-2026-04-23.md

Why the larger plan was retired:

• it preserved the old Stability, Runners, Cache, Auth program frame
• it would keep steering future work toward Runner Authority
• the active next phase is the pooled-substrate dogfood reset, not repo-shaped runner convergence

Use the pooled-substrate reset plan for all active post-recovery execution.
